AFTER ORDERING

Once your order is placed and your message to me is sent, you will need to mail me your animal's collar tag. Due to issues with the USPS, I suggest you use Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. I am not responsible for packages lost in the mail.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU LABEL THE PACKAGE WITH YOUR NAME AS IT APPEARS ON THE ORDER. Some days I’m so busy that I don’t know if I’ve found a rope or lost my horse so help me out by clearly labeling your package with the name you use on your order.

After completing your order, please send the tag to me promptly at this address - make sure you write your name on the package exactly as it appears in your order so I can keep track of it:

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Metal may tarnish. This is a natural occurrence due to exposure to sulfur or hydrogen sulfide in the air.

It is not recommended to regularly soak your shoe as this can weaken the sealant, mildew the hair or even tarnish the hardware.

If it is necessary to clean the shoe, please use a soft cloth and plain water - do not immerse the piece in water. Simply rub it clean then dry it completely before re-hanging.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All items are covered by a routine use warranty which covers damaged hardware, lost charms, etc. Routine use means that the piece is kept out of the weather and handled in a careful manner befitting its place in the heart of the horse it memorializes.

NOTE: Colors may differ slightly due from how they appear on your screen due to varying monitor/laptop/phone settings and ambient light.

RETURN POLICY

All of our products are made to order. This means unfortunately we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

We cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on items as they are individually crafted. However, we will refund or replace the product as soon as possible if there is an error on our side or if there is a defect in the product.  If so, please send us a proof of the error/defect - a photo will work – WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT. You will be eligible for a refund or replacement.
